By accessing and using the SkyLen Technologies ecosystem, you automatically agree to all these terms and conditions of use. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you may not use our services.
We provide software development services, public/private API provisioning, and cloud infrastructure. We reserve the right to perform system maintenance, version updates, or discontinue certain services with or without prior notice to maintain ecosystem performance.
All system architecture, main source code, and visual assets we release publicly are the exclusive property of SkyLen Technologies unless explicitly stated as open-source. For projects carried out specifically for clients, copyrights will be transferred according to the agreed work contract details.
Users are strictly forbidden from attempting to breach security (hacking), performing reverse engineering, or using our APIs/services for illegal, spamming, or harmful purposes. Violations will result in permanent access blocking.
Our services are provided "as is". We are not responsible for financial loss, data loss, or business interruptions caused by third-party misuse of services, network interruptions beyond our control, or force majeure conditions.
